REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AND QUALIFICATIONS
RFP NO. 16-17/01
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Western Placer Unified School District acting by and through its Governing Board, is soliciting and issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will receive up to, but no later than 3:00 pm, April 4, 2017, proposals from interested, established and experienced Firms for the consultation and preparation of an energy audit, as identified in the District’s approved Proposition 39 Energy Expenditure Plan.
The Western Placer Unified School District (“District”) is seeking qualified firms for Proposition 39 Energy Services to include a District-wide energy audit. The firm selected as a result of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will assist the District in submitting an energy expenditure plan under Proposition 39 (The Clean Energy Jobs Act of 2012). The selected firm must have the capability to perform an energy audit and prepare a Proposition 39 energy expenditure plan.
The District reserves the right to modify and/or suspend any and all aspects of this RFP, to request further information from any firm or person responding to this RFP, to waive any defects as to form or content of this RFP or any proposal thereto, to extend deadlines for accepting proposals or amendments to proposals after expiration of deadlines, to further negotiate any portion of any proposal to this RFP and to reject any and all proposals to this RFP. The District makes no representation that any contract or other agreement will be awarded in response to this RFP.
